About us

Modillion d.o.o. is a design-consulting company with an office in Zagreb, Zagrebačka cesta 143a and headquarters in Rudeška cesta 179. The company was founded in 2013.

Our primary activities are services of architectural design of buildings (residential, business, tourist, and public buildings, including project management during the entire process, from the analysis phase and preliminary designs, through creation of complete project documentation, up to obtaining required building permits), and managing expert supervision.

When designing, we follow all modern architectural considerations, we use new materials and building technology, we aim for energy savings, with an emphasis on the permanent aesthetic and material value of a building. We believe that every project that has been entrusted to us deserves individual access and full creative engagement with our design team. Our goal is achieved only if mutual trust with the Client was achieved while working on the project, and the final result satisfies both the Client and our design team.

We are proud of all of our projects, especially those that are now in the realization stage. We believe that continuously developed and implemented projects demonstrate the persistence and quality of our work, as well as our constant focus on the realization of our ideas, with all the challenges that the design and construction process bring. Our team of designers is resourceful and experienced, and we cultivate a trusting, high-quality, and long-term cooperation with our permanent external associates.
